CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL

� Claimant, Frank Mazacek, requests reimbursement for
damages to his property which occurred when the City
constructed an alley adjacent to Mr. Mazacek's property.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Mazacek' s
