Whereas, The Publjc Works Countercyclical Bill has granted additional
funds in the amount of approximately $400,000 to the City of Saint Paul ,
of which $127,586 has been received by�the City, and
Whereas, The Shade Tree Disease Control Program Budget is dependent
on these funds, and
Whereas, This Program complies with the rules and regulations under
Title II of the Local Public Works Capital Development and Investment Act
of 1976, now, therefore be it
Resolved, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
authorize the transfer of $127,586, as well as the transfer of future grant
receipts ar�ticipated not to—�kceed an additional $272,414, from the
Anti Recession Aid Trust: Fund (50120) to the Shade Tree'Disease Control
Special Revenue Fund (33121 ) to be used for the removal and treatment of
diseased trees in the above referred to program.
