RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve and authorize the issuance and sale of $6,000,000
City of Saint Paul general obligation bonds for Capital Improve-
ments for the purpose of providing funds for the 1977 Capital
Improvement Budget, the issuance of said bonds being authorized
by Laws 1971, Chapter 773 as amended, by Laws 1�74, Chapter 351,
and Laws 1976, Chapter 234, and the Director of the Department of
Finance and Management Services is hereby authorized and directed
to prepare all necessary documents leading towards 5aid issuance
and sale, and it shall report back to the City Council recommend-
ing a proposed date of sale.
