attached, identified by the signature of the said Valuation and Assessment Engineer,
and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is
herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be considered
proper.

Said Valuation and Assessment Engineer further reports that he has assessed and
levied the total amount as above ascertained, to-wit: the sum of $ 2.153.12 upon
each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed benefited by the said improvement,
and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with the benefits
conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto
attached, identified by the signature of the said Valuation and Assessment Engineer,
and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is
herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be considered
proper.

The assessment of bene£its, cost and expenses for and in connection with the
above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having
conaidered same and found the said asaessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RBSOLVSD, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects
approved.
RESOLVED FIIRTHBR, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the $
da� of March 2001 at 5:30 O'Clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the Court House
and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Valuation and Assessment
Engineer give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said
notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount
assesaed against the lot or lota of the particular owner to whom the notice is
directed.
