RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1. Michael Koschney the sum of $300.00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
July 11, 1975, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on July 29 , 1975.
2. Mrs. Robert C. Jessness the sum of $246. 95 in full
settlement of her claim of damages sustained on or
about December 1, 1976, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
December 14, 1976.

Claimant, Michael Koschne y, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul , Deparc�ment of
Community Services vehicle on July 11, 1975. Expenses
are for the repair of the damaged vehicle . This office
approves the settlement of Mr. Koschney' s claim in
the amount of $300.00.
Claimant, Mrs. Robert C. Jesness, requests reimburse-
ment for damages to her house which occurred on
Decer�ber l, 1976, by a City of Saint Paul, Department
of Community Services, tree trimming crew. This office
�pproves the settlement of Mrs. Jesness' claim in the
amount of $246.95.
