RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to :
1. Mrs. Darrel Sistad the sum of $9.96 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
November 8, 1976, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on November 23,
1976.
2. Mrs. Mary Masso the sum of $37. 60 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
November 2, 1976, a� more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on November 23,
1976.

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MRS. DARREL SI STAD AND MRS. MARY 1MASS0
Claimant, Mrs. Darrel Sistad, requests reimbursement for
monies spent to repair a house screen which was damaged
by City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services,
tree trimming crew. This office approves the settlement
of Mrs. Sistad's claim in the amount of $9 .96.
Claimant, Mrs. Mary Masso, requests reimbursement for
medical bills incurred as a result of a falldown on
city sidewalk. Mrs. Masso fractured her nose. This
office approves the settlement of Mrs. Masso 's claim
in the amount of $37 . 60.
