Sustaining two fractured fingers resulting in medical expenses of approximately $300. 00 and permanent disability to her hand. Ut�lities Service Company is paying �7100. 00 toward a settlement totalling $7�450. 00; the liability of the City is $350. 00. This office approves the settlement .
