RE50ZVED: That Application P 11692 for Class C3 Drive In Restaurant and Cigarette licenses,
applied for by Burger Chef of St. Paul at 2045 Marshall Avenae, be and the
same are hereby granted, subject to the following conditions:
l. That a tight fence, approximately 6 feet, 6 inches in height be
constructed and maintained along the alley or north property line
of the restaurant from the north corner of the building to the north-
east and northwest corners of the property.
2. That an additional door be constructed and maintained on the east side
of the building so that delivery service will be possible from Marshall
Avenue or south side.
3. That the outdoor floodlighting will be directed or shielded in such a wa�y
so that there will be no direct rays shining on the residences to the north
of the restaurant.
