Telephone Company have filed written certificates of intended non-use of reserved ri ghts and easements, which certificates are on file in the Office of the City Clerk;. now, therefore, be it RE30LVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul, pursuant to Section 228.06 0� the Saint Paul Legislative Code, as amended, does hereby waive the retained easements contained in resolution, C.F. 192631, approved June 4, 1959, in the following desc`ribded property: The nor"th 25 feet of Nebraska. Avenue between Wheelock Parkway to Farrington Street (now replatted as the southerl 25 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Coleman Park Addition�; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That the above-mentioned waiver of said easements is for the City of Saint Paul and for those persons for whom the City has reserved easements in said vacated property for the installation, ma.intenance and operation of any sewer, water, gas or •electrical ma.in, pipe or conduit of public instrumentality.
