WHEREAS, the Community Health Services Act, La.ws of
Minnesota for 1976, Cha.pter 9, provides subsidies to which
the City of Saint Paul is eligible upon submission of a Saint
Paul Community Health Services Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul ha.s developed a Community
Health Services Plan in accordance with said Act; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Planning Commission ha.s approved
the Community Health Services Plan, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
approves and adopts the Community Health Services Plan of October,
1976, and hereby directs the proper City officials to submit said
Plan to the Minnesota Board of Health.
