RESOLVF,D: That .A.pplication P 18543 for Class C3-Drive-In Restaurant License, applied for by
Burger Chef of St. Paul at 201�5 ia;arshall Avenue, be and the same is hereby �ranted,
subject to the following conditions:
l. That a tight fence, approximately 6 feet, 6 inches in height be constructed
and maintained along the a11ey or north property line of the restauxant from
the north corner of the building to the nortr.east and northwest corners of the
property.
2. That an additional door be constructed and maintained on the east side of the
