release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
l. State Farm Insurance Company and Bruce D. Anderson
the sum of $79.61 in full settlement of their claim �
of damages sustained on or about July 29 , 1977, as
more particularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on August 30 , 1977.

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY STATE FARM INSURANCE COMPANY
AND BRUCE D. ANDERSON
Claimants, State Farm Insurance Company and Bruce D.
Anderson, request reimbursement for damages to
Mr. Anderson's vehicle which was caused by a rock thrown
against the car window while Bruce Fitzgerald, a Depart-
ment of Community Services emgloyee, was mowing the lawn
by Riverside School. This office approves the settlement
of their claim in the amount of $79 .61.
