WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 64.204 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, the West Seventh Street Federation has appealed to the Ci�ty
Council from a decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals and has paid
the applicable $50.00 fee; and
WHEREAS, Section 64.204 authorizes that the Council may provide
for waiver or refund of such $5Q.00 fee under specific circumstances;
and
WHEREAS, the Cauncil of the City of Saint Paul finds that the fee
creates an economic hardship on the West Seventh Street Federation;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that a refund of the $50.00 appeal fee under Section
64.204 is hereby authorized and that the City Clerk and/or the Department
of Finance and Management Services shall return the $50.00 fee to the
West Seventh Street Federation.
