Stat. 645A21, permits the City to authorize the use ofthe license by persons who have contracted with the city to sell or serve 3.2 beer on property owned by the city and under the jurisdiction of the division with the approval of the Council; and WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Saints Northern League Baseball Team will operate all concessions for Midway Stadium in 2001; now, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Saints Northern League Baseball Team may use the Division of Parks and Recreation license to se113.2 beer at Midway Stadium in 2001 under the following terms and conditions: 1 2. That prudent care will be taken to insure that all sales are made only to person age 21 or over. That prudent care will be taken to insure that no sales are made to individuals who are or who appear to be intoxicated. 3. That the Saint Paul Saints Northern League Baseball Team shall, at all times, comply with the State of Minnesota and City of Saint Paul statutes, ordinances and regulations pertaining to the sale of 3.2 beer.
