Stat. 645.021, permits the City to authorize the use of the license by persons who have contracted with the city to setl or serve liquor on property owned by the city and under the jurisdiction of the division with the approval of the Council; and WHEREAS, Black Bear Crossing, by agreement provides all liquor service far Como Lakeside Pavilion in 2001; now, therefore be it RESOLVEb, that Black Bear Crossings may use the Division of Parks and Recreation license to sell liquor at private rental events at the Como Lakeside Pavilion in 2001 under the following terms and conditions: 1. 2.
