WIIEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, acting through its Valuation Engineer, has secured an agreement for
the purchase of one parcels of real properry, described as follows:
1064 Iglehart Avenue
A. B. Wilgus Addition To The City of Saint Paul, Lot 6, Block 2
1051 Marshall Avenue
A. B. Wilgus Addition To The City of 5aint Paul, Lot 28, Block 2
WHEREAS, said property described is necessary for Jimmy Lee Acquisition and Re-development Project, said
properry was Final Ordered for acquisition on August 12, 1998 with Council File #98-752. The value of the
property for 1064 Iglehart Avenue is Ninety-five Thousand Dollars ($95,000) and 1051 Marshall Avenue is
Ninety-eight Thousand Dollars ($98,000) these being a fair and reasonable values as determined by an
independent appraiser; and
WIIEREAS, the Valuation Engineer has recommended the purchase of said properties at the
recommended values;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and
directed to pay Ronald and Kathy McCalley (1064 Iglehart Ave.) the sum of $95,000 and Robert &
Connie Mems (1051 Marshall Ave.) $98.000 for the purchase of said properties. Said sum to be charged
to Activity Code: CQO-3H022-Q881-34141 & CQl-3H022-0881-34141.
