Tne repurchaser shall present and file a certificate of code co-.�liance with th� Director within six months from the date of Councy Board approval. The certificate of code compliance muat be certified by an appropriate city official and must' ?ndicate that the property has been inspected and that it conforms with any ord=nances, building and zoning laws applicable to the property.
