The City uses Ramsey County's Sub-Usage Codes in calculating the annual Storm Sewer System Chazge. Recently the
CounTy revised these codes by adding some new ones, removing others and changing the code's numbering system. Appendix
A of the Policy For The Determination And Review Of The Storm Sewer Svstem Charereferences these codes. Since the
policy was adopted by resolution, we feel that revisions to the policy should also be by resolution.
