1 WHEREAS, the adopted 1993 Capital Improvement Budget includes a
2 project entitled Mississippi River Boulevard Trail Construction in the
3 amount of $100,000.00, and
4 WHEREAS, said project, financed by a grant from the Metropolitan
5 Council, was also budgeted £or in the 1994 Capital Improvement Budget,
6 and the work completed as a part of a project entitled Mississippi
7 River Boulevard Reconstruction, and
8 WHEREAS, the 1993 project budget is redundant and must be deleted
9 from the adopted 1993 budget so that overall project financing will be
10 accurate,
11 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint
12 Paul, upon recommendation o£ the Mayor and advice of the Long Range
13 Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that the 1993 Capital
14 Improvement Budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by the Council,
15 is hereby further amended as follows:
