WHEREAS, Mimi Sands was duly appointed and approved to serve
as a member of the Saint Paul Board of Water Commissioners for a
four year term expiring June 22, 1978; and
WHEREAS, r2imi Sands has resigned from the Board and the Mayor
has appointed Deborah Y. Bachrach to fill this vacancy, subject to
the approval of the City Council as required by Section 16. 04 of
the City Charter; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve the appointment made by the Mayor of Deborah Y.
Bachrack to serve as a member of the Board of Water Commissioners
for the unexpired term formerly held by Mimi Sands, said term to
end on June 22 , 1978.
