96-1209 �\�\� \v � � `� Council File # � "' � q \� ja 1a� � y Green Sheet # RESOLUTION CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA � �- Presented By Referred To Committee: Date 1 2 3 4 RESOLVED, that the Liquor - Off Sale, and Cigarette licenses (License ID No. 36114) 5 held by The Moa Family Corporation d/b/a Wolter Brothers Pharmacy & Liquor and located at 6 438 University Avenue West in Saint Paul are hereby suspended for a period of twenty-four(24) 7 days, commencing on Wednesday, October 16, 1996 for the violation of "Sale of Alcoholic 8 Beverages to an Underage Person." 9 10 This Resolution and the action taken above are based upon the facts contained in the June 11 19, 1996 Police Report CN 96-089-469 and the July 10, 1996 notice of violation letter to the 12 licensee for the first violation, the August 6, 1996 Police Report CN 96-120-909 and the August 13 15, 1996 notice of violation letter to the licensee for the second violation, the admissions of the 14 licensee in the letter from their attorney dated August 28, 1996 that they do not dispute the facts 15 stated in the notice of violation letters, and such arguments as may have been presented to the 16 Council at the public hearing. 17 18 FURTHBR RESOLVED, that the licensee shall employ a security guard on the licensed premises from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 19 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on all other days of the week; such condition to be an express condition of the license and printed on the license issued to the licensee, unless and until amended or re�oved by the Council.
