In addition, in 1992, they adopted a similar resolution dealing with reconstruction of sidewalks (92-146). In 1995,the assessment rates for 1996 Residential Street Paving Projects were increased for inflation (95-1127). We are proposing to increase the assessment rates for 1997 by 3.3%in a similar manner. ADVANTAC3ES IF APPROVED: Assessments will keep pace with inflation.
