Lee and/or Wong Cafe Inc. owed 7 delinquent ta��es to the State of Minnesota., and; 8 9 WHEREAS, Wong Cafe Inc. d1b/a Wong Cafe, 1611 Rice Street, holds the following 10 licenses at that location: Restaurant B, and; 11 12 WHEREAS, Minn. Stat. §270.72, subd.l (1994) requires the revocation of any license 13 for the conduct of a profession, occupation, trade or business held by an applicant who owes 14 $500 or more in delinquent taxes or has not filed returns, and; 15 16 WHEREAS, under said statute the State of Minnesota must notify the applicant of the 17 intent to require revocation of such license, and of their right to a hearing, and; 18 19 WHEREAS, a hearing under this state statute is expressly provided to be in lieu of any 20 other hearings or proceedings required by law, which would include the hearing provisions of 21 St. Paul Leg.
