The Cauncil of the Gity of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayar
upc�n the above improvement, and having considered said report, her�by resolves:
1. Thet ttie seid repart and the same is here�y appraved with na
alternatives, and that the e�timated cost thereof i� $1, 620, 643 financed
by 19�7 Capital Improvement Bands and Rssessments $421,24�.
2. That �i puLlic hearing be Yied an said impravea►ent an the 13th day of
November. 199� at 4:30 o'clock P.M., in the Gouncil Lhambera of the City
Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Faul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be giv�n to th� persons snd in the
manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing,
the nature of the impravement and the total co9t ttiereaf a� e�timated.
