We cuzrendy operate the restaurant Cafe L,atte at 850 Grand Avenue. We have had a license to sell
be�r and wine for the past elevcn years. Yesterday we made formal application to the building depatmient
to cxpand our restaurant into sdjaxnt retail space. Presendy we occvpy 4,112 square feet of m.ain floor
and mezzanine space and we will be adding an addidonal 1,860 square feet of main floor restaurant space.
I am requesting that your office initiate the process m obtain approval for the cxpansion of aur beer
and wine license. .
