01-26� Presented By Re£erred To 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 Committee: Date WHEREAS, the City of Oak Park Heights has requested the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, to service, repair and maintain traffic signals at various locations within its borders; and, WHEREAS, Saint Paul Pubiic Works possesses the skill and expertise to service, repair and maintain traffic signals and has serviced its own signals for several decades; and WHEREAS, Saint Paul Public Works currently maintains traffic signals in Washington County under a similar agreement with Washington County, WHEREAS, both Saint Paul and Oak Park Heights are authorized pursuant to Minnesota Satutes 471.59 to enter into such an agreement; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to execute and approve, on behalf of the Ciry of Saint Paul, the joint powers agreement to provide for signal maintenance to the City of Oak Park Heights.
