The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor
upon the above improvement, and having con�idered 'aid report, hereby re�olves:
1. That the 'aid report and the �ame i� hereby appraved with no
alternatives, and thst the estimated cost thereof is $3,Q65
financed by a�se��mente only.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th day of
Oatober, 1996, at 4:30 o'clock P.M,, in the Council Chamberg of the City
Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be yiven to the pErsons and in the
manner pr�vided by the Charter, �tating the time and place of hearinq,
the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estia►ated.

arious neighborhood district councils,business associations,property owners and staff,the Council approved

hat a public hearing be held each year for both the estimated operating costs and then the actual operating
osts. The first above-standard lighting system began with the Lowertown system in 1983. These systems hav
