NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the representations made therein,the parties agree that: I. r r m: The foregoing recitals are made part of this grant agreement by reference. The GRANTEE shall implement the Responsibilities and Budget hereto attached as Exhibit A and B, respectively, which is incorporated herein by reference as a part of this grant agreement. II. Duties and Payment: GRANTEE shall perform all the services enumerated in#1 and shall be reimbursed for its expenses in providing these services, provided that the total obligation of the DEPARTMENT for all reimbursement to GRANTEE shall not exceed 8 300. EXHIBIT A �G�14��4 RESPONSIBILITIES: . The responsibilities of the GRANTEE under this Agreement shall be: 1. In accordance with state guidelines, ensure that quantifiable and qualitative goals for the Workforce Ce�ter are set for training and placing women in non-traditional employment. 2. Working with the Private Industry Council/Workforce Center Board and other Workforce Center partner staffs, ensure that the goals are met. 3. Attend meetings of Task Force on NonTraditional Employment. Be an active participant by offering local Workforce Center perspectives on how training and placement of women in nontraditional employment can be accomplished. 4. Assist state level coordinator and other staff with workshops/conferences on nontraditional employment . 5. Attend workshops/conferences on nontraditional emplAyment. 6. Work with employers to maximize efforts at training and placing women in nontraditional employment. 7. Work with state level coordinator and Women in the Trades to maximize efforts in nontraditional employment 8. Develop brochures, flyers, and public relations materials for both job seekers and employers emphasizing the potential of nontraditional employment in the local Workforce Center service area. 9. Share the material with state level coordinator and with other Workforce Centers 10. Share material on nontraditional employment with Workforce Center partners. 11.
