3 WHEREAS, Sam Miller has lived,worked and worshiped in the City of Saint
4 Paul for over 75 years and raised a family maintaining strong ties to the City;
5 and
6 WHEREAS, Sam Miller has celebrated his 85th birthday; and
7 WHEREAS, Sam Miller continues to work at and be an integral part of Great
8 Western Recyclicng and is being honored by Great Western Recycling for
9 over 42 years of service.
10 NOW TI�REFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Saint Paul
11 in celebration of Sam Miller's birthday, hereby declares November 8, 1996 as
12 Sam Miller Day in Saint Paul and sends congratulations and best wishes to
13 Sam.
