The basis for the adverse action is that : On or about July 6, 1996, at about 9:00 p.m. , police were sent to your market on a report that you had been smoking crack cocaine in the bathroom of the premises. Officer Roehaen spoke to you aad you ackaowledged that you had smoking crack in the bathroom earlier. This activity is a violation of Mianesota Statutes, � � and coastitutes grouads for adverse action agaiast the liceases for the premises. If you do not dispute that the above incident took place, I will need a letter from you stating that you do not dispute the facts.
