1 WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council File No. 93-1680 (dated 11/09/93) said file being the
2 Final Order necessary to the approval of a certain improvement project identified as Finance and
3 Management File No. 18723 (Installation of a public water main and service connection in Fisk Street
4 from Aurora Avenue to approximately 130 feet south of Aurora Avenue).

6 WHEREAS, said water main project was not constructed, and

8 NOW 7'HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Final Order for the said water main improvement
9 project be cancelled and rescinded.
