4 $2628.80 in full settlement of their subrogation claim for damages sustained on October 15,

On October 15, 1996 a City of Saint Paul parking enforcement vehicle, driven by Stephanie Smolik, merged on to
Robert Street, striking a 1992 Toyota Corolla, owned and driven by Julie Lindberg. Ms. Lindberg was proceeding
North on Robert Street and had the right-of-way. I have reached a settlement with her insurance carrier in the
amount of 52628.80.
