1 RESOLVED, that, upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul,
2 the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Tort Liability
3 Fund, 09081-0511, to Allied Insurance Company as subrogee for Todd and Trudy
4 Christianson, the sum of$2732.72 in full settlement of their subrogation claim for damages
5 sustained on November 6, 1996 as a result of an accident with a City-owned vehicle at or near
6 Mounds Boulevard.

On November 6, 1996 a City of Saint Paul paving vehicle, driven by Thomas Fox, while traveling southbound on
Mounds Boulevard, struck a 1992 Pontiac Bonneville, owned and driven by Todd Christianson. Mr. Christianson
had slowed for traffic in front of him when his vehicle was rear-ended by the City vehicle. 1 have reached a
settlement with Mr. Christianson's insurance carrier in the amount of 52732.72.
