On November 20, 1996 a City of Saint Paul sand truck, driven by Stephen Schulz, slid on the ice, striking the rear
of a 1996 Subaru Impreza, driven by Ann Rodel. Ms. Rodel was stopped for the stop sign at the intersection of
Dayton Avenue and Summit Avenue. As a result of the collision, Ms. Rodel's vehicle sustained 54146.11 in
damages. I have reached a settlement with her in the amount of 54146.11.
