RE: Compromise and settlement of Geneveive D,
Chalmers v. City of Saint Paul
District Court File No. 416548
Plaintiff requests reimbursement for dama.ges for a personal
injury resulting from an incident on or about October 13,
1976, on the sidewalk on the southside of Charles between
Snelling and Fry, closest to 161$ Charles Avenue.
This office approves the settlement of this lawsuit in the
amount of $750.
