WHEREAS, an organized residential refuse collection is needed
in St. Paul, and
WHEREAS, the City Council Resolution No. 271899 calls for
the establishment of a Residential Refuse Collection Task Force,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Mayor Latimer recommenc� the appointment
of the following people to the task force:
