1 WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council File Numbered 99-1008, dated October 13, 1999,
2 said resolution being the Ratification of Assessments for the Ivy/Eazl Residential Street Paving Project,
3 identified as Technology & Management File Numbered 18893; and

WHEREAS, the properry known by Pazcel Identification Number 21-29-22-32-0027, located at
876 Wheelock Pazkway, was assessed the amount of $3,742.72.00 for street paving and lighting
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Rea1 Estate Division has discovered that the aforementioned parcel was assessed
incorrectly for the said street paving and lighting assessment;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment levied against Pazcel Numbered
21-29-22-32-0027, according to Council File Numbered 99-108, be reduced to $1,505.87 assessed.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials as also authorized to request the necessary
changes be made to the property tases, if needed.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $2,236.85 in street paving and lighting revenue, be
funded by Street Paving and Lighting Funds for the project.
