RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to: James Leventha.l, Seymour
Leventha.l, and Mindy Leventha.l, the sum of $200 in full settlement
of the lawsuit of Seymour Leventhal, individually and as father
and natural gua.rdian of James Leventha.l, a minor, and Mindy
Leventhal vs. Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad
Company, a Wisconsin corporation, and the City of St. Paul, a
municipal corporation, District Court File No. 418285, for damages
sustained on June 17, 1975, as more particularly set out in a
communcation to the City Council on July 17, 1975, and as more
particularly set out in the plaintiffs ' complaint in the District
Court action above-named.

RE: Compromise and settlement of the case of
Seymour Leventhal, individually and as father
and natural gv.ardian of James Leventhal, a minor,
and Mindy Leventha.l vs. Chicago, Milwaukee, St.
Paul and Pacific Railroad Company, a Wisconsin
corporation, and the City of St. Paul, a municipal
corporation.
Plaintiffs have requested reimbursement for personal injury of
James Leventha.l resulting from an incident on or about June 17,
1975, near the sidewalk between Colette Place and the inter-
section of Return Court and Ramlow, and for dama.ges to Seymour
Leventha.l and Mindy Leventhal resulting therefrom.
This office approves the settlement of this lawsuit as against
�he City in the amount of $200.
