RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a release and indemnification document with
the Canon Comedy Corporation, 10201 West Pico, Los Angeles, Calif. ,
providing for the use by Canon of park property on the South side
of the intersection of Summit and Kellogg Avenues in the City of
Saint Paul for the purpose of filming scenes for a feature motion
picture tentatively entitled "Foolin' Around" for the period of
October 24 through November 10, 1978; the proper insurance having
been provided by Canon Comedy Corp. in financial support of the
indemnification provided by Canon to the City for the use of said
property.

our motion picture. The cooperation and hospitality of the
City of St. Paul has made our stay both productive and enjoy-

it back to you. I am also enclosing a copy of our certificate
of insurance which provides combined single limit coverage
for personal liability and property damage up to one million
dollars.
