RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Mayor, the Council of the City
of Saint Paul does hereby approve the following transfer of Community Development
Block Grant Year IV funds; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul for implementation of
a portion of the Comnunity Development Year IV Program is hereby amended in
accordance with the budget transfer indicated below:
