01-202ORIGI�lAL Presented By Refened To Council File # O t��Q Z GreenSheet# �IOeZ�� Committee: Date 1 WHEREAS, the provisional operator license (license ID#20000004825) issued to Robert 2 Clark was revoked by Council Resolution O1-70 for failure to attend and successfully complete a 3 taacicab driver training course, as required by Saint Pau1 Legislative Code § 376.17(c); and 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 WHEREAS, Mr. Clark contacted the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection after notice of his revocation was sent to the cab company for which he drives, and informed them that he had never received notice to attend the classes nor had he received notice of the hearing before the Council; and WHEREAS, the notices in quesrion were not mailed to the address listed on his application as a mailing address, and were retumed; and WHEREAS, Mr. Clazk is willing to enter and complete the required classes at the next available opportunity; now, therefore, the provisional operator license previously revoked shall be reinstated and Mr. Clazk shall have ninety days to show satisfactory proof of the successfirl completion ofthe tasicab driver training class to LIEP.
