R.�SOLVED: That �pplication Q 317� for Class C3-Drive-In Restaurant License� applied for by
Burger Chef of St. Paul at 20l�5 �iarshall Avenue, be and the same is hereby g ranted,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That a tight fence, approximately 6 feet, 6 inches in height be constructed
and maintained alon� the a11ey or north property line of the restaurant from
the north corner of the building to the northeast and northwest corners of the
property.
2. That an additional door be constructed and maintained on the east side of the
building so that delivery servi.ce will be possible from riarshall Avenue or
south side.
3• That the outdoor floodlighting will be directed or shielded in such a way so
