RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Central Air Conditioning the sum of $63 .31 in full
settlement of its claim of damages sustained on or
about August 24, 1978, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
September 14, 1978.
2. Mrs.Laila Alich the sum of $61.00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
May 16, 1978, as mare particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on May 30, 1978.

3. State Farm Insurance and Adam E. Hahn the sum of "
$193.36 in full settlement of their claim of
damages sustained on or about June 20 , 1978, as
more p'articularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on August l, 1978.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, MRS. LAILA
ALICH, AND STATE FARM INSURANCE AND
ADAM E. HOHN
Claimant, Central Air Conditioning, requests reimbursement for
a broken truck window damaged when a City of Saint Paul , Depart-
ment of Community Services, employee was cutting grass in
Mounds Park and a rock flew up and hit the window. This office
approves the settlement of Central Air Conditioning's claim in
the amount of $63 .31 .
Claimant, Mrs. Laila Alich, requests reimburse�nent for medical
expenses incurred when she fell on city owned sidewalk. The
incident occurred on Milton Street between Juno and Armstrong.
This office approves the settlement of Mrs. Alich's claim in
the amount of $61.00.
Claimant, Adam E. Hohn, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services,
vehicle on June 20 , 1978. Mr. Hohn received insurance benefits
from claimant, State Farm Insurance. Expenses are for the
repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settle-
ment of State Farm Insurance and Mr. Hohn' s claim in the amount
of $193.36 .
