WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul by its
Resolution C. F. 270506 adopted February 9, 1978, did vacate a
portion of Endicott Street, said vacation reserving to the City
of Saint Paul and other public instrumentalit� s public utility
easements contained therein and thereonf and
WHEREAS, The Council has been requested to waive the said
easements s:et forth above, and the affected city departments,
Northern States Power Company, and Northwestern Bell Telephone
Company have filed written certificates of intended non-use of
reserved rights and easements, which certificates are filed in
the office of the City Clerkt
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul pursuant
to Section 228.06 of the Saint Paul Leg isl�tive Code, as amended,
does hereby waive, release, and extinguish the following described
retained easements within the vacated Endicott Street provided in
Council. Resol.ution C.F. 263315, adopted February 9, 1978:
That part of vacated Endicott Street lying southeasterly
of the new CAPP RD.-Wycliff 5t. intersection and Iying
northwesterly of the southwesterly extension of� the north-
westerly line of the existing 20 ft. wide sewer easement
through Lot 19, Block 3, Rearrangement of Blocks 62, 67,
68 and Lot 1 of Block 75, St. Anthony Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the above mentioned waiver and
release of said eas ents is for the it of aint Paul and for
