WHEREAS� The City of Saint Paul� a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota.� here-
inafter referred to as "City�� is the owner in fee simple absoiute of lands located in Section
22� Township 29 North� Range 22 West� City of St. Paul� County of Ramsey� State of Minnesota;
and�
WHEREAS� The Board of Water Commissioners of the City of St. Paul� hereinafter referred
to as "Board'�� requires a perpetual water utility easement over a portion of the property
owned in fee simple by the City� and,the Council of the said City does now desire to set aside
and dedicate a perpetual utility easement for water works purposes as more particularly de-
scribed below; now� therefore� be it
RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul� the governing body of the City� does
hereby set aside and dedicate a perpetual 16 foot wide water utility easement in� on� under and
across the following described parcel� the centerline of said easement being described as
follows:
Commencing at a point thirty-three (33) feet south of the north line of `the Southwest One
Quarter ('�) of the Southeast One Quarter ('�) of Section Twenty �ao (22)� Township Twenty Nine
(29) North� Range Twenty-Two (22) West and three (3) feet west of the west line of the east
one-half (2) of the Southwest One Quarter ('�) of the Southeast One Quarter ('�) of Section '

75.5 feet parallel to and three (3) feet west� of said west line of the east one-half (�) of

of 45.1 feet� thence southerly 45° 05� for a distance of 77.7 feet� thence southwesterly 45°15�

southeasterl'y 22° 33� for a distance of 70.77 feet and ending at a point 659.2 feet north of
