Claimant, Michael Wagner, requests reimburse�ent for damage to his
motor vehicle when his motor vehicle was dr��ven into a sewer intake
basin that was defective at the corner of �argeant and Prior on
May 20, 1977. Liability is on the part of the City. This office
approves the settlement of' this claim in the amountoof $100. 00.
