RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery ,of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Esther Trammell and John Trammell the sum of
$1,246.61 in full settlement of their claim of
damages sustained on or about Summer of 1977, as
more particularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on March 14, 1978.
2. Fred Perron the sum of $175.00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
October 31, 1978, as more particularly set out in a
. communication to the City Council on November 17,
1977. '

� 3. Edward Resner, Insurance Company of North America,
_ and their attorney, William Kronsehnable,- the sum
of $201.33 in full settlement of their claim of �
damages sustained on or about January 26, 1978, as
more particularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on February 21, 1978.
4. Pamela R. Olson the sum of $83 .75 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
January 27, 1978, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on April 13, 1978.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
ESTHER TRAMMEL AND JOHN TRAMMELL;
FRED PERRON; EDWARD RESNER, INBURANCE
COMPANY OF NORTH AMERICA, AND THEIR
ATTORNEY WILLIAM KRONSCHNABLE; AND
PAMELA R. OLSON
Claimants, Esther Trammell and John Trammell, request reimburse-
ment for damages to their property when sewer line to their
property broke. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. and Mrs. Trammell's claim in the amount of $1,246.61.
Claimant, Fred Perron, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, vehicle
on October 31, 1978. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Perron's
claim in the amount of $175.00.
Claimant, Edward Resner, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Polic� vehicle on
January 26, 1978. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. Insurance Company of North America has a subrogated
interest in the claim. This office approves the settlement of
the claim in the amount of $201.33.
Claimant, Pamela R. Olson, requests reimbursement fdr elothing
damaged by paint at the Saint Paul Civic Center on January 27,
1978. This office approves the settlement of Ms. Olson' s claim
in the amount of $83. 75.
