RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l. Clarence Price the sum of $92 .35 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
February .l0, 1978, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on March 2, 1978.
2. Robert L. Carlson the sum of $282.53 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
February 24, 1978, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on March 28 , 1978.
3. General Motors Acceptance Corporation and Cheryl
McAleese the sum of $69.00 in full settlement of
their claim of damages sustained on or about
February 11, 1978, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on February 21, 1978.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
CLARENCE PRICE; ROBERT L. CARLSON;
GENERAL MOTORS ACEPTANCE CORPORATION
AND CHERYL McALEESE
Claimant, Clarence Price, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public
Works, snow plow on February 10, 1978. Expenses are for
the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Price's claim in the amount of
$92. 35.
Claimant, Robert L. Carlson, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public
Works, vehicle on February 24, 1978. Expenses are for
the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Carlson' s claim in the amount of
$282.53.
Claimant, General Motors Acceptance Corporation requests
reimbursement from the sale of a vehicle owned by claim-
ant, Cheryl McAleese. General Motors Acceptance Corpora-
tion was the lien holder on the vehicle. Ms. McAleese
did not respond to a notice of impoundment on the vehicle.
This office approves the settlment of General Motors
Acceptance Corporation and Cheryl McAleese's claim in
the amount of $69.00.
