WHEREAS, the Division of Hou�ing and Building Code Enforcement has
requested the City Council to hold a public hearing to consider the
advisability and necessity of the correction or wrecking and removal of
the following described building, said structure having been reported to
constitute a public hazard:
553 Ohio Street Lot 4, Block 9, The building is a single
Dawsons Addition family dwelling of wood
frame structure.
WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record owners and other
,�arties of interest of said building are as follows:
1. Fee Owner: Agnes H. Adams, 553 Ohio Street, St. Paul, MN 55107.
2. Contract Purchaser: Joseph A. and Sandra J. Todora, 1429 Randolph,
St. Paul, MN 55105.
3 . Unlisted Owner: Richard Dreyling, 1000 E. Wentworth, St. Paul,
MN 55118.
THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED, that � public hearing be held by and before
the Council of the City of Saint Paul in the Council Chamber of the Court
House in said city at 10:00 A.M. on April 27, 1978 to consider the
advisability and necessity of ordering the correction or wrecking and
removal of said structure on the above described property inasmuch as
said structure is reported to constitute a hazard to public health, safety
and welfare; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Division of Housing and Building Code
Enforcement, on behalf of the City Council, notify by mail the record
owners of the property in question at the last known address, as well
as other interested persons of record, of the date and time of the hearing.
