GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO THE
ISSUANCE OF BONDS
1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, that the
2 Director, Office of Financial Services, Treasurer and other appropriate City officials and staff are
3 hereby authorized and directed to proceed with preliminary actions for the issuance of the
4 following bonds, in the following approximate amounts, in conjunction with Springsted
5 Incorporated as financial consultant and Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association, as bond
6 counsel, and in connection therewith to prepaze an official statement and such other documents
7 as may be necessary for fiirther approval of this City Council:
